How to graph quadratic formula

• To make a quadratic graph, we cannot only subtitute 3 domain of function because it is not enough.
• We have to know is the graph upward or downward? base the a of ax2+bx+c. if a positive it means that upward, and negative is downward.
• Determine the intersection points in x axis and y axis, (where x=0, and y=0).
• Then, we determine the vertex of the graph (h,k) where h using (-b/2a), and k using (4ac-b2/4a).
• Then we find the symmetric point of the function, it uses h=-b/2a.
• And the last is, draw the graph based the points tha we found.
