Individual Reflection

I have a quotation that I always remember. “If you're looking at the back, you will find so many mistakes, and you may be able to make them correct. However, you will never erase your mistakes. It is your experiences.” It describes my work until week 8. I am aware that my writing is still not good enough. When I look at the grammar, coherence of sentences and some types, I find some incorrectness of them. Therefore, I want to check it and make it correct, but I never erase my mistakes because it is my experiences.
In this reflection, I look for the first essay about autobiography of mathematics. I find so many grammatical errors, and the sentence is not cohesive. It becomes my big problems, although I feel I have improved my written skills. The improvement is shown in my second essay about welcome letter and teaching reflection. In this essay, I find some grammatical errors, which are less than in the first essay. Actually, in the essay of writing instruction, I have difficulties in giving instruction in mathematics. I don’t know why, but I try to make a clear instruction well because making instruction is a teacher’s habit to help students learn. So, my homework is to learn more diligent about grammar and tenses. I must make a habit of reading some journals or books about giving instruction in mathematics. I will find it in the library or the internet.
