Green School Parade Parents Letter

Date: July, 15^th 2012

Dear Parents,

To celebrate an anniversary of Green School, we are planning to make an event in our school. The theme of this event is “Green School Parade”. This event will be held on July, 25^th 2012 at 7.30 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be three events which involve students, parents, and the teachers, those are:

1.       Fashion Parade

In the event will involve parents, students, and the teachers. They will walk together in around the school. They also wear traditional dresses. The school will choose the best couple (parents and students) who wearing the best traditional dress.

It will be starts on 7.30 to 10.30 a.m.

2.       Traditional Games

The school will provide some traditional games. Those are bakiak race, moving marble by a spoon, and piñata breaker. Students, parents, and teachers can become participant to play the games.

It will be starts on 1 to 4 p.m.

3.       Indonesian Traditional Food Bazaar

The school also provide bazaar which selling some Indonesian traditional foods. The parents can be participant to sell traditional foods but it is not mandatory.

It will be starts on 1 to 5 p.m.

We would be very pleased if you want to join this event. It will make good relationship between parents-students, parents-teachers, and teacher-students.
