School Parade of Fantastic Elementary School

        School Parade is annual program of the school in order to celebrate the Fantastic School’s anniversary. This year’s event will be a parade of traditional dress, traditional games, and bazaar of traditional food. The aim of this event is to build the relationship between the participants.

        The participants of this event are the teachers, students, and the parents. Parents and students will be a couple to show their traditional dress by walking around school building. The traditional dress that will be used is not determined by committee. Therefore, participants should be as creative as possible to dress themselves. The most matching couple that is determined by the judges will be the winner of the parade.  

        Beside the dress parade, there will be traditional games. Those are Bakiak, Congklak, moving marbles by a spoon, and breaking Pinata doll. The game is presented in the stands provided. Hence, it is not an obligatory for participants. For them who want to try the games should consider their dress. Committee will have informed this information before the event.

        The last part of the event is Indonesian traditional food bazaar. In this bazaar, participants may buy some traditional food. The advantage of the bazaar will be used as charity for alternative school in Jakarta. Otherwise, for participants who want to sell their cuisine products are expected to contact the committee so that a stand will be served.

        All in all, this event should be used as a media to know each element of the school (teachers, parents, and students). Hope the celebration of school’s anniversary will bring brighter situation for school life.
