How to learn about Quadratic Function

y=ax²-bx+c

The main term about Quadratic Function is ax² , it is not include as Quadratic Function if there is no x² term and the power more than two (x³, x⁴,…)

1.      Let knowing the equation and find the point in x axis and y axis

2.      In graph is divide into two to be :

·         If a >0 then the curve is upward

·         If a<0 then the curve is downward

3.      We can use the table for find the point of x and y

For example x²-4x+7=0

4.      Determine the intersection point on x by y=0 and on y by x=0

5.     Find the extreme point (h, k) which is  h= -b/2a and k=  D/4ac

6.     Sketch the graph in Cartesian diagram

7.     Cartesian diagram consists of  x axis and y axis

8.     Sketch the graph to be smoothly curved lines
